Judging begins at 5:30 with Mayor Kathy Richard and Chef George Sittig, voted Best New Chef in Pertio Rico; voted Best in the Carribean Back to Back.. Winner of Fisrt Gold for the British Virgin Isles and Virgin Isles in the Carribbean
